If you discover any faulty sunnies and wish to exchange or return them, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, order number, name of item and reason for your request, within 10 days from the day you received your package.
Sunnies must be returned in its original condition with all labels and packaging attached. We regret that we cannot accept returns that are worn, personal damage, or the style, color and size does not meet your standard.
For exchange, new sunnies will be sent to your original delivery address within 10 days after we receive your return. If your purchased item is out of stock for exchange, you may replace for another sunnies within the purchasing amount.
For refund, it will be processed 5 days after we receive your return. It will be credited to your original method of payment. Duties, taxes and original shipping charges are not refundable.
